In Canada I have seen it in drug stores like Shoppers Drugmart, even in Wal-Mart in the pharmacy department. If you do not see it on the shelf, ask the pharmacy technician or pharmacist.

In America

you can get it at any Walmart, grocery, pharmacy, or health food store.
