- Drink lots of milk. About 1 liter a day should do the trick. Milk is one of the best weight-gainers.
- Do what girls in county jail do: Eat a lot of snacks, loads of bread, lots of starches like ramen noodles, potatoes, cornbread/bread and chips. Drink Vitamin D milk, a lot of it.
- Eat a lot of fatty foods. Greens, cornbread, meat, foods with butter are always good. You can also try eating 3 slices of bread with every meal....
- You can eat cornstarch -- straight out of the box -- to thicken up; it'll give you a good extra 20 pounds. I know; my body is thick from starch. A high-carb diet, such as breads and pasta, will also do the trick, but it will just take longer.
- If you eat all of those fatty foods, you'll gain weight like crazy! Be HAPPY with what you have. If you don't like it, tone it up with exercise, because I know you don't want to gain weight.
Let it go, and be happy with yourself. Being thick and healthy comes from the genes and from good eating. I'm not saying get fat. Especially being an African-American female, the majority of us have natural curves and big booties; we are blessed with them.
Don't try to live up to the women you see on TV: Most of them were born that way. The more exercise you do, the more fat you burn, which can make you decrease your curves. (Try running, and stair master exercises, they shape your bottom.) Remember it's genetics, and weight, the proportions of your body, and how you are shaped -- not everyone can have a big booty. So if you trying to eat yourself to a big booty, remember you can also cause health problems.
