What juice should you drink to cleanse your body? |

It's best to read the book, but here is the detox regimen... (can buy from www.half.com pretty cheap - it's more of a pamphlet than book)
OK -
This is from memory.
Night before starting: Drink a cup of laxative tea (senna leaf). Can get at Whole Foods or Sav-On or drug/health food stores.
RECIPE:
2 TABLESPOONS fresh lemon or lime juice (organic is best)
2 TABLESPOONS REAL maple syrup (Grade A or B - dark amber GRADE B is best, with higher mineral content) *It is very important to get the real stuff.
1/10 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
10 OZ of water
Add the zest (peel) and pulp of the lemons or limes if you wish. (i recommend it).
Drink 6 to 10 of the 10 oz servings per day...if you feel hungry, have more lemonade or water. You may also add variety by having a cup of mint tea.
EACH night before bed: Laxative (senna) tea
EACH morning before anything else: Salt water rinse, which is:
1 Quart of water / 2 TEAspoons of UNIODIZED SEA SALT (You must make sure it is UNiodized).
Drink slowly, and for the next hour, you will be having several eliminations, so be prepared to do this at home.
Do this for a minimum of 10 Days, though you may safely stay on it for up to 40. NO FOOD must be eaten during the detoxing period.
DAY 11: Several 8 ounce servings of orange juice. Drink slowly.
DAY 12: OJ for breakfast, homemade veggie soup (mostly broth) for lunch/ soup for dinner. (veggie broth, any kind of veggies you want- i recommend several kinds of squash [delicatessen squash is yummy], parsnips, sweet potato, chick peas).
DAY 13: Ready to eat normally, but be careful with the addition of meat.
First day is tough. After that, smooth sailing. Watch for your tongue to get white and fuzzy. It's normal. Never felt dizzy. Had more energy and needed less sleep.
I also recommend liquid BENTONITE, as it helps de-clog the colon of years of stuff caked on there.
Let me know if you have ANY questions. Happy detoxing!
