Hello, I need some advise. I found this question, 'What are 2 good blonde jokes?' and I havnt answered it but I've been talking to the person who asked it, but I'm thinking that a question like this could get offensive and maybe should be watched and perhaps blocked because it is a bit mean. Especially if someone who is blonde reads this. What do you think?

Hi Mike and Happy New Year to you both. I was a bit confused as your page was half missing and I tried to contact you on your message board about a user. I got Deb in the end. Can you tell me what was wrong or was it a site fault? Also can you tell me how to give a warning to a user if the only have a number and not a name as the only option I have is to block them.
