Medication can have an effect on sexual health. If you still find you have weak ejaculate, work out your PC Muscle, this muscle can get weak resulting in weak ejaculations. A stong PC Muscle will result in stronger ejaculations and harder erections. It is very healthy to work the muscle out.

How do I find my pubococcygeus (PC) muscle?

The best way to locate your PC muscle is to stop your urine mid-flow. The muscles you just flexed are what you're looking for. It takes practice to find them (except when you're urinating), but it only takes a while to get the hang of it.

So I've located my PC muscle, now how do I exercise it?

There are a few methods for exercising your pubococcygeus muscle with Kegels. We'll list a few:

  • The PC Flutter - Contract (flex) and relax your PC muscle as fast as you possibly can for as long as you can.
  • Flex and Hold - Exactly what the name implies, flex your PC muscle as strong as you can and hold it for as long as possible. You can work your way up to 8-10 minutes with some practice, but don't expect to make it past 30 seconds when you first start out.
  • Flex, Hold, Release…Repeat - This might sound like the PC Flutter but it's different. In the PC Flutter you go as fast as possible. This one makes you flex and hold for 5-10 seconds and then release for 3-5 seconds. Repeat as many times as possible for as long as you can.

These exercises give you an idea of how to exercise your PC muscle with a few different Kegel exercises for men. As with all workout routines you need to start small and work your way up. When first starting out, expect to tire your pubococcygeus out after only a couple minutes, but in a month or so you can expect to go for 5-10 minutes altogether.

Ejaculations are like people: no two are alike. In short, "Your mileage may vary." There are some rules of thumb, though.

Ejaculation force and ejaculate volume are related. Basically, the more ejaculate is being produced, the more forcefully it is expelled. The amounts of ejaculate produced vary from man to man, and from time to time. At 18 a man produces on average twice as much that at 40.

The bulk of the ejaculate fluid comes from Cowper's Glands, which produce "pre-cum", and the prostate. The amound of fluid produced here depends on sexual excitement, and producing it takes time. In other words, the more aroused a man is, and the longer that arousal continues, the more fluid is produced, and eventually expelled upon ejaculation. Then there is muscular strength. Ejaculation force also depends on muscle action. The smooth muscles that drive ejaculation may be trained and can made to become more powerful. Look up 'Kegel exercises for men' on the web. Do not expect miracles, though. Be realistic, and be prepared to do the exercises several times a day for at least a few months before expecting results.

There is some indication that diet has something to do with both ejaculate composition and volume. The jury still seems to be out on this one, though. Do not put they faith in miracle pills that are sold on the web and promise "A 500% INCREASE IN EJACULATION VOLUME!!!" Most (perhaps all) of that stuff is quackery.

One remedy is to "hold off" from either masturbation or sex, and let it all "build up". Also, increasing foreplay (rather than doing the deed right away) can also "build up" the excitement so that when you do ejaculate, it is more forceful and intense.

If masturbation is a daily thing, waiting two or three days should increase the volume of your ejaculation. Zinc is a major material in your ejaculate, so supplimenting it is supposed to increase volume as well as help your prostate. I take zinc and do not see a difference. The best thing is to "tease" and put off ejaculation as long as possible. Masterbating and not finishing, long foreplay, and looking at erotic material before actual sex have always helped me.

I found a great product called the KegelPad that makes kegel exercise more efficient. I can already feel that my PC muscle is stronger. I've used it for about a month and when I ejaculate, it's much more forceful and my orgasm is MUCH more intense. Seriously, this approach is a back-to-basics exercise and it works.

Your body slows down with age (metabolism slows down) and don't expect to shoot your load like a porn star. The important thing is to enjoy your ejaculation. The more sperm/semen you have, the more time your body takes to pump it out. This intensifies your orgasm.
