In Star Trek Nemesis when Picard ordered self destruct and the computer replied that it was offline why didn't he just destroy the ship manually with all the anti-matter in the warp core? |

[Edit]
When the self destruct is initiated it overloads the warp core. After the attack by Shinzon the warp core went offline, so was not able to be overloaded.
