I am sorry to hear this and the other posters are right. Better to get on with your life.

People that split up, there is always one that feels it was a mistake and wanted to rekindle the relationship, but the other person has moved on. It hurts. Just because it didn't work doesn't mean you did anything wrong.

The old standard "Fools rush in" is so true. Don't be so quick to run back to her, or find someone else to take her place. Each person we come in contact with we can learn good/bad things from. The good teaches us many things such a to be tolerant of others, learning how to love with an open heart, how to smile or tackle problems and the bad teaches you what you don't want out of life. Take the time to ponder what you could have done differently with your relationship with her or what type of girl you don't want to get mixed up with. One of the hardest things to do is look inside oneself and be brutally honest. None of us are perfect and we can all make mistakes. Perhaps she needed more affection, or perhaps the chemistry just wasn't right between you.

Take some time out and get to know yourself. Have fun with your friends and the right girl will come along.
