Answer
With most of the companies, it's hard to. When you signed up, you signed a contract saying that you would keep your service with them for X amount of time. It also says in the contract that you have a certain number of days to cancel you service without being charged the cancellation fee. After those 15 or 30 days, you're pretty much agreeing that you will keep the service for the length of the contract.
Answer
being a person the works for a cell phone company there is one way to get out of contract with not troubles but it takes a little effort your are bound by the contract as long as everything that was offered to you is aviable in this does not include dead spots but if you get a change off address into a area that they clearly show on there systems that they do not have coverage in they must then let you out of contract or place a tower in your area to supply you with the coverage that you are paying for. Of course they will do the less expensive of the two
Answer
there is an online company that gets consumers out of their cell phone contracts. They are www.WirelessWithout.com. They do charge, but it's considerably less than the provider break fees.
