You didn't mention if you loved this person. Big question! If you don't then move on and don't answer any calls or emails. If you do care for this person and they are good to you, but you've had a slight disagreement then don't play head games and tell the person how you feel right to their face. Game playing never gets anyone anywhere. Seems you are in the mood for a "chase" hoping to make this person jealous. You're playing a very dangerous game if that's what you are up too. This person could and should move on if you are playing those head games with them. Mature people talk things out.
