Yes, If you look through animal eyes the snow is white. Animals see the snow just as we see the snow.
Many animals are color blind, but that means that they still see black, white, and shades of grey as we do. They often have better night vision, so they can see when ther isn't enough light for us to see, but as the other person wrote, the white of snow would still be white.
