If she's not dating YOU anymore, then yes. Especially if she said that she wants to be "just friends", or "friends instead". If she said "friends for now" you still have a chance, though of course you shouldn't be just WAITING. Date her, get to know her better.

actually that is completely normal^^ it's not weird in any way, although you will learn to let go and move on later in life during the first few relation ships you have you won't want to let go, being able to say yes to being friends is a big stage in your relationship and a very good stage at that, this girl you like must be very nice for you to still like her...it is hard I will guarentee you that and I know how you feel, sometimes things become good again and people get back together in this situation but don't get too excited sometimes it's best to just stay friends. but it's definatley not weird AT ALL! it's completely normal and I hope for the best for you!
