Answer
by aliens
bays are formed when soft rock and clay are eroded by waves not by aliens!!!
BAYS ARE FORMED; at first you have a straight coastline made up of a hard rock and soft rock, (coatlines are made up of diffrent types of rocks) when the waves erode the coastline the soft rock wears away faster, forming a bay. As the hard rock still sticks out because this will take a longer period to wear down, it forms a headland, waves come in it an obleet angel from the sea to the bay, which is a process of 'long shore drift', this deposits the waste material into the bay, forming a beach (sand, pebble's etc..) by storm crompton.
