In order to answer this question you would have to be more specific. The Construction Indusrty in comprised of hundreds of different trades who all earn different wages. Laborers are one trade. You also have Plumbers, Electricians, Engineers, IronWorkers, and others that all get paid differently. NYC Steamfitters are among the highest topping out at around $50/hr + full benefit package and two retirement plans. They also make double time for overtime (which is after 2pm daily). The first answer is absolutley right for the 'Laborers" Union, but that makes up the ten people on the job site that clean up garbage and move things around for the 'skilled trades".
