How many people can speak all of the human languages?

[Edit]

Answer

None. It is impossible to speak every single language of the globe, even a little - let alone perfectly.

The detailed classification list of languages complied by Ethnologue, which is considered to be as authorotative as any, lists 6,812 languages as at today's date (December 20th, 2008)
