if you want to unlock Luigi in super mario ds go dafeat the ghosts and then u will see a place to enter (it will look like a garbage can jump in it then dafeat king boo and luigi in there will be yours. if you want him in brawl then i say go to story mode then do atleast 65%_75% then he will be yours in supermario64 unfortunattley u cant get it sory butt in supersmashbros64 u have to do the break the targets with everyone (all the people u start off with and everyone) then it will say character aproching! then u will have to dafeat luigi and if u dont do it all over again but if you do win then it will show a bell saying... have unlocked luigi or something like that i dont know for melle cause i dont have the game sory but you can search it up on another site and see how u get luigi in melle sory i dont know about that after luigi will call for your help in mariogalaxy go save him he will help you but you can't use him he can only help u sory and thats all the games i know for now bye hope this works for u people!
