Can you have different vacation policies for exempt versus non-exempt employees?

[Edit]

Answer

It is not a good policy to provide different benifits to different employees regardless of their employment status (exempt, non exempt, full time, part time) A good rule is to give vaction after a specific number of days had been worked.
