Are there different ways to sign for different languages?

[Edit]
Yes there sure are. Almost every country has their own native signed language.

Also there are various forms of sign language: e.g. fingerspelling, phonetic signs and invented symbols for words or syllables.

Each country, even if it is an English-speaking country, develops its own form in order to accommodate local words and expressions.

Auslan is the Australian Sign Language

In the UK a standard sign language is British Sign Language - BSL

There are also Pidgin English Sign Languages.

French Sign Languge - LSF

Japan? Yes, Japanese Sign Language! and so on.

There is also International Sign, formerly known as Gestuno, which is used at international conferences and at events such as DeafOlympics.
